Fruitland Community Center Information & Rental Agreement

The attached file contains information on renting the Fruitland Community Center, as well as the Rental Agreement. The Fruitland Community Center is rented on a first come, first served basis. The availability of the Fruitland Community Center can be found by looking at the Community Center Calendar on this website. A rental agreement between the City of Fruitland and the individual renting the Fruitland Community Center must be signed and the deposit must be paid before a reservation will be granted. The City Clerk will hold a requested date for 48 hours, but if the deposit is not paid within this time, the date is forfeit. Please be sure to read the entire rules and regulations before deciding to rent our facility. The individual signing the Rental Agreement will be held liable for clean-up and any damage to the facility.

Fruitland City Ordinance 6.02A

Section 2: All dogs and cats 6 months or older must have a current rabies vaccination and must wear a tag indicating this and the owner's name and address.

Section 5: An animal may not run at large, meaning that if it is not on the owner's property, it must be under the control of a competent person, restrained within a motor vehicle, on a leash, or "at heel" beside a competent person and obedient to that person's command.

Section 10: Pit bulls are prohibited.

Section 12: Each property can have no more than three dogs.

Violations of this ordinance can result in a ticket and/or impoundment of the animal(s).
