Apermit is now required to drive a golf cart or UTV on the streets of Fruitland. The permit costs $25 and is good for one calendar year. Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. A slow moving vehicle sign and bicycle safety flag must be attached, and the cart must have adequate brakes, headlights and tail lights. Operation allowed only between sunrise and sunset. The full ordinance is attached, as is the registration form. Return the completed form and $25 to Fruitland City Hall to get your permit.
