Newsflash

Now that spring has come, more and more Fruitland residents are walking around town, using sidewalks where they are available. There have been complaints that some residents are parking vehicles on the portion of sidewalk that crosses their driveway, forcing the walker to go out into the street to get around. According to Fruitland City Ordinance 6.01, obstruction affecting ordinary use by the public of the sidewalk is considered a nuisance violation. Please be a responsible citizen and refrain from parking on the sidewalk.
